Mr. Mark Koganov - Mark is a FINA Referee who has most recently had the honor of being the Referee in the Championship game at two of the last three European Championships and the Championship Game at the 2009 World Championships in Rome.

Take part in the world´s biggest swimming sport event - FINA World Masters Championships 2010 - 27 July-7 August, FINA World Masters Championships will be held in the cities of Göteborg, Borås and Mölndal.

Hereby the C.C.C.A.N summons Member Federations of the Caribbean Islands – Surinam, from the South American Swimming Confederation, and Guadeloupe and Martinique, from the French Swimming Federation - to participate in the above-mentioned Championship as per the following requirements:
