   Greetings Athlete and Coaches,

Athletes are required to submit whereabouts or update their whereabouts by the 15th day every new quarter (Q1-Q4) such as; Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec. Athletes both locally and abroad will be tested. If athletes are removed from testing pools, either by retirement or other factors, the athlete will no longer be subjected to testing or whereabouts submission for that period. Otherwise, all athletes are subjected to mandatory testing for 2018.

Athletes are strongly encouraged to: Visit www.bahamasadc.org for helpful information and resources; Know their rights and responsibilities as athletes with regards to anti-doping; Understand the sample collection procedures; Check all medications and products before taking them to ensure they do not contain banned substances; Avoid taking supplements (but if they choose to, learn how to minimize their risk);Verify medical exemption requirements; and Contact the BADC directly should they have any questions or would like additional information (call 242- 325-2632 or email info@bahamasadc.org).
